It’s awesome how dedication can take someone so far. Simply following after the love of Japanese animation, six normal Bangladeshis made the impossible possible. Did anyone ever imagine that Bangladesh would ever have something like an Anime Convention? To all our Deshi anime fans, this was not a dream. The 1st Anime Convention in Bangladesh did take place, and it was more than anyone expected!!!
What can I say? Words are not going to be enough to describe the Meeting this time… It was just pure AWESOMENESS!!! Out of the 51 members that attended the facebook invitation, 48 people came! That’s like over 90 percent attendance!!! And boy, did we have fun!
Yet another wonderful event! Our usual place was gradually filled with laughter and chatter on Anime and Manga, which is a rare conversation found anywhere else in Bangladesh. So I’m back with yet another story of a Monthly meeting where creatures called Otakus gather and have fun!
Seiyuu or Voice Actors are the soul of anime as they bring the characters to life with their extraordinary voices. They mean so much to us that we even claim that ‘Japanese dubbing is the best in the world!’ and hate those people who watch English dub (including myself :P)! Lol! How they morph their voices into the characters and bend their voices to make extraordinary expression is incomprehensible!
