1. It's not just about the costume. It's how you pull it off.
2. If your costume is near perfect, then in order to truly look like the character your cosplaying you need to get all the accessories the character has. Like guns, swords, lockets, rings, gloves, etc.

Its currently one of my most favorite anime among the newly released ones. Based on the manga by Tamura Ryuuhei, the story revolves around the strongest juvenile delinquent, Oga Tatsumi, who is a first year in Ishiyama High (a school in which 120% students are delinquent). Oga through some strange circumstances, is raising a baby.
